In-Store Purchases

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided the item is:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging, if applicable

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when approved.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Used paddles or racquets

• Strung racquets or stringing services

• Gift cards

• Clearance or marked-down merchandise

• Any item showing signs of wear or use

• Special-order items

Exchanges

If eligible, exchanges may be offered for a different size, color, or item of equal value, subject to inventory availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective, please contact or visit us promptly. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Online Orders

Online ordering is currently unavailable through our website. If any order is arranged directly by phone or special request, return eligibility will be communicated at the time of sale.
